Welcome to the challenge where I attempt to beat the S&P500 10% annual returns with an automated trading bot.
Details of the challenge

I’ve allocated funds of $200 real-money in my coinbase crypto account for this challenge.

I’ll be using a proven trading bot that has been consistently profitable for the past 3 years in live accounts.

The strategy currently trades the crypto market.e.

The bot trades on its own, with no emotion or interference from humans.

I’m going to be tracking its performance day by day for 45 days and compare it to the S&P 500 on a daily return basis

So in this case if S&P does 10 per cent a year, 10/12. = 0.83% per month or 0.03% per day

From the above calculation, I need the trading bot to make at least 0.04% per day or about 11% per month.

Why for 45 days? Because I want to make it “do-able” for anyone else if they want to join along with me on this challenge for completely free!
