Hard work pays, but value based work pays forever

Money follows value more than it follows effort. So what do I mean by this?

Let’s say. We have 2 chefs, the 1st Chef works in a restaurant and gets paid by the hour. That’s effort.

Meanwhile the 2nd chef records his recipes, builds an online cooking course, and sells it worldwide.

That’s value.

It’s the same skill, but a completely different outcome.

One gets paid once.

The other gets paid over and over for the same work.

And that’s the power of creating value instead of just trading effort.

So it’s not always about working harder but it’s about how much value your work creates.

Because effort stops when you do…

But value keeps working for you long after you’ve stopped.

Effort can fade, but value can compound.
